Hi there! Below you’ll find a collection of my work over the years. All design is my own, including graphics, website, podcasts, courses, brands, retreats, and events. My experience and passion sits at the intersection of wellbeing and spirituality, offering folks accessible and meaningful avenues to discover what speaks to them. I’d love to work together, please reach out to chat! sarahjoygaines@gmail.com

BRANDS + WEBSITES

joyflow® blends elements of gentle yoga, somatic release and ecstatic dance to help you feel free in your body. The practice has been tested and refined over five years in different markets across the East Coast and now has a home at joyflow® NYC in Midtown Manhattan where I teach classes 2x a week. joydust® is joyflow’s sister brand, 100% plastic-free biodegradable glitter. I source and pour the product, sell online and at local markets; I’ve also done popup glitter bars at private events like birthday parties & weddings. Website

PODCASTS, COURSES, COMMUNITIES, EVENTS & RETREATS

BLOOD&WATER: A podcast mini-series on the death & rebirth of wellness & beauty.

Body Image Magic: A self guided course for transforming negative body image into embodied joy.

[b]club: A morning meditation series for all; originally an in-person series that went virtual during Covid.

KLEOS special event: Example of a branded event that targeted influencers & the wellness community in Boston.

The Y Society was a community for entrepreneurial women in their 20’s I co-founded in Boston. We hosted monthly events that featured speakers to share their experience on a variety of topics for personal & professional growth.

Fit University® was a college student’s go-to source for all things health & fitness. What started as a personal blog grew to publication with 60+ student writers with 1.5M+ page views, and a network of campus chapters across the country. We hosted large scale events for 500+ students and partnered with brands like Reebok, CLIF Bar, and Under Armour to bring them in front of the college audience.
