Through meditation, reflection, and in-between-session self work, we’ll dive deep into your current relationship with yourself and your internal strength and compassion. We’ll explore how that’s impacting your entire life in every single way.

Through this work, you’ll start to notice your current self talk and together, we’ll focus on implementing changes to shift and strengthen your self talk to one that’s more positive and affirming than it currently is. You know that no matter what, there are days that your negative self talk gets the best of you and you can always use more work to rewire your thought patterns.

I’ll guide you through strategies to combat negative self talk and doubt with tools and positive shifts, while we work to pinpoint what practices make you feel most alive. Together, we’ll devise a strategy to harness and build self love in a way that’s so unique to you.


THREE MONTHS SELF LOVE EXPANSION PRGRAM: Over the course of three months, we’ll work together one-on-one to first recognize what’s currently blocking you from living a life full of self love. This includes how you spend your time, your thought patterns, mindsets, and habits. Next, we’ll take a true dive into defining what a life full of joy and fun looks like for you, and we’ll work together to start implementing that life into existence. I’ll provide you with light self work to do in between sessions like reflections, affirmations, movement sessions, and guided meditations. At the end of three months, you’ll stand strong in confidence with go-to strategies for when negative self talk creeps back into your mind, which will happen less than it used to. You’ll have a clear understanding of who you are, what your strengths are, and how to continue building upon that strength and love. You’ll begin to see the world through a lens of love and joy. This program will have a heavy emphasis on meditation, breath work, reflection, and affirmation.
